I have to pull up some nasty berber carpet, and I don't know what is underneath yet. I have 450 square feet to cover and I'm debating whether I should do wood laminate or tile. I have an older home so I think I'd prefer the wood look.
How much would someting like that cost? Parts? Materials?
Labor if I should decide to have someone else do it? Just a ball park figure. I live
